		<description>what about those tough skins?  we always peel ours.  Takes time, but is worth it.  Good job to do when you need to sit down for a bit.  Getting old, you know.</description>

		<description>My kids have been bugging me to toast the pumpkin seeds this year.  We did not carve our pumpkins we just decorated the outside so I guess since they have the day off tomorrow now is the time!  I think I am gonna make the do the slimy though.  It kinda grosses me out.  Thanks for this post and I am also gonna make the puree!  Thanks again.</description>
