I was going to totally lose it after trying to make gingerbread for the second time in one week and failing...again! (My brain is too distracted, apparently, to actually get all of the ingredients into the bowl in the right order!)...so I now have a pan of your old school short bread in the oven...and I'm pretty sure I got all of the right ingredients in! Victory is mine! All right, Damsel…Thank you for saving my mental health.
