This is how we do ours, except I didn’t know we should only leave them 18 minutes. We sortof tend to forget about them entirely for a lot longer than 18 min. This could explain a lot. Thanks Damsel!

I’ve got to try this one. Last time I did hard-boiled eggs (I like them as snacks), by the time I’d get the shell off one, it looked like a golf ball.

Oh, now you tell me. Just kidding. I already knew this except for taking the pot off the burner. They still peeled rather nicely, after my son tossed them around a bit (apparently ‘put the egg down’ means ‘throw it down’ in toddler language).

PS: You can find See’s candy online (I think they’ll ship it anywhere in the US) or @ any large scale mall. I went to See’s a few days ago & got my Easter stash, thanks Easter bunny!
