the dancing damsel

She’s dancing because a publisher is interested in publishing the Old School blog as a book!

That would be cool.

It’s not for sure, and of course not every post can be a part, but wheee!

So, the Damsel would love to know what post you feel is the one that absolutely MUST be in the book. Don’t forget…class participation is a big part of your grade.

That is AWESOME!!!!!! Way to go Damsel! By the way, I love the dancing Spidey!

I think you definitely need to include the tennis balls/pillow entry. :)

yay I’m dancing too……….i want the first advanced copy…….PLEASE!

  • Adrienne Haws

Love the idea! I will be the first in line to get a copy in my hands!!!

  • Nadia Con Queso

That’s incredibly exciting! I vote for the Perfect Boiled Egg directions. If not for that, I would still be sobbing over my lack of deviled eggs. Which sounds so good, I’m pulling up your directions again to make some!

    That’s great news! Congrats!
And on your post below…I’ll have you know I canned applesauce this weekend. It was fun, and most of my friends thought I was weird for doing it.

Hooray!! I am SO happy for you! You can’t see me, but I am dancing just like Spidey. : )

I seriously re-browsed your blog for about 30 minutes trying to pick a post (I thought it would be fast, but it wasn’t)… it is not happening! How about planting potatoes? or making your own powdered sugar? or your own mayonnaise? or making granola bars?

Your site is very informative. I would love to see a book!

I would so buy that book. And copies for family and friends. I’m constantly remembering a post I read here and wanting to refer back to it. Congratulations, I hope it really happens!

Only one….ah….My kids love the pancakes now that they are really sifted, my sister laughed when I told her about underarm deordorant, my friend loved hearing how to plant and prune raspberries, but then there is so much more! I’m totally happy with your publisher! Yes, easy birthday presents! Old School here we come!

That is fabulous news!!! :) You have to put in how to test whether eggs are still good; make your own granola – I need to go through the archives. Looks like you get an extra star!!
